We are pleased to announce we are fully operational and are helping fight COVID-19 by offering disinfecting carpet cleaning for your home or business.  We are taking precautions to keep our staff and clientele safe by fully sanitizing equipment between services, technicians are practicing proper hygeine, wearing masks, contactless payments, and practicing safe distancing

We understand that during these uncertain times customers may have some questions and concerns following their carpet cleaning bookings. We want to ensure our clients that we are doing everything we can to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and our number one priority is to keep our staff and you safe!

We have noticed a trend of industries claiming to have a Covid-19 Fix. At this time there are no products approved by Health Canada or the World Health Organization and these claims are misleading the public. We do not believe in scare tactics to get sales and recommend caution when booking "Covid-19" Cleanings. 

Professional carpet cleaning uses a hot water extraction with temperatures high enough to kill bacteria, however this has not been proven to eliminate the Covid-19 Virus. Hopefully in the near future there is a clear answer on concrete ways to prevent/ eliminate the Virus.

The precautions we have put in place to keep everyone safe:

-Employees have a mandatory temperature check and symptom screening.

-If any cold symptoms are present, staff members are to stay home. (non-negotiable)

-All staff members are required to wear a mask when in the presence of a client and to practice social distancing when possible. Residents are asked to vacate the areas the technicians are cleaning.

-All equipment is sanitized between jobs

-Increased frequency of disinfection of vehicles and any other touch points.

-All technicans are equipped with both face masks and shields for the clients choice.

What we need from our clients:

-If anyone in the home is self isolating, we need to be notified to move the appointment to another day.

-If house members are to be in contact with the technician they are required to wear a mask.

-We require all clients to maintain social distancing and restrict movement around the technician while he is providing the service. We kindly ask that you do not book other services to be done at the same time to eliminate contact.

-If anyone ion the home is presenting with cough, fever or other respiratory symptoms we require a call prior to the service to rebook the appointment.

-If you, a close contact or anyone in the home has travelled outside of B.C in the 14 day period of our appointment we need to reschedule so you can adhere to the required isolation procedures.

-When the technician arrives, please show them where they can wash their hands.

We are currently not accepting Cash. Payments can be made Via Cheque or the client can call payment in with a credit card.


If you prefer to leave during the service you can be rest assured that we are bonded, insured and each Technician has had a background check prior to employment at Aero Carpet Services LTD.
